October 8th was an exciting day for 17 of the Cater 4th and 5th graders, they met their Wildcat Mentors for the first time.
The students traveled to Ralph Wilson Youth Club for the initial meeting. There they not only met their mentor, but played games, colored pictures, ate lunch, and got to know their mentors.
The Wildcat Mentor program builds relationships for these students with adults from the community. These role models are able to make connections.
