On November 17th, the district elementary counselors held a meeting to talk with students and parents that qualified to be a part of the Duke Tip Talent Search.
The students were identified based on their last year's scores on the STAAR test along with if they qualified for the GATE program.
Parents and students had the opportunity to fill out the paperwork for the program as well as ask any questions they might have.
