On Wednesday, March 2nd, Cater Elementary celebrated Read Across America with guest readers. Different members of the community came to Cater to read Dr, Seuss books to the kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade classes. Our readers were: Steve Wright- TISD School Board President, Dr. Scott Moger- TISD Assistant Superintendent, Mayor Danny Dunn, KWTX Reporter, Mia Harden, Cater Principal, Adrian Lopez, and Cater Assistant Principal, LaRue Conner.
The students were super excited to listen to the readers and enjoyed seeing everyone on our campus.
